Terms of Service

When we say "the Company" in this agreement, we mean Rapid Bridge and its partners. The Game is our real-time puzzle-strategy product. It has two parts: (a) the game server (or Server) that we or our partners host and run; (b) the game client (or Client) that runs on your device.

1. Grant of a Limited License

You get a license to play the Game by accepting these Terms. Don't do any of this: (a) use the Game to make money or for anything other than your own entertainment; (b) use cheats, hacks, exploits, unauthorized software, or game modifications; (c) run your own servers, private instances, or alternative matchmaking systems; (d) mess with how the Game works, the Server's stability, the Client's performance, or other players' experiences; (e) break any law or regulation while you're playing.

2. Eligibility

You're confirming that you have the legal right to agree to this in your jurisdiction. If you're a minor, your parent or guardian needs to consent.

3. Ownership

Everything intellectual property-wise belongs to the Company or its partners. That includes accounts, code, compiled assets, text, images, 3D models, artwork, data, sounds, and music.

4. User Accounts

We can suspend, delete, or modify your account whenever we want, with no warning.

5. Indemnity

We're not liable for losses, damages, costs, or expenses from playing the Game. That covers lost progress, deleted accounts, lost rankings, lost data, or your equipment breaking down. We're also not responsible if the service goes down, your connection fails, there are bugs or errors, or performance gets worse. You agree to cover us legally if anyone sues us because of how you used the Game.

6. Termination

We can end this agreement whenever we want, no notice needed.

7. Changes to this Agreement or the Game

We reserve the right to change these Terms or the Game at any time.
